About Sasha
I am a First-Class Biomedical Science graduate and hold a Master’s degree in Global Public Health. I have been teaching and tutoring for over 10 years, and I genuinely enjoy helping students learn, grow, and gain confidence in their abilities. I am passionate about education and strongly believe that every child can be successful with the right support, encouragement, and teaching approach. I aim to create a positive, patient, and motivating learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and challenged to reach their full potential.

I am a First-Class Biomedical Science graduate with a strong academic background, including A* grades at GCSE across all subjects and A in Sciences at A-level*. I have over 10 years of tutoring experience, working with children and young people aged 5–16 across a wide range of abilities. I am passionate about helping students build confidence, develop strong foundations, and achieve their full potential. I specialise in 1:1 tuition, allowing me to tailor every lesson to the individual student’s needs, learning style, and goals. My approach is patient, encouraging, and structured, helping students feel supported while still being challenged. Subjects & Levels Taught: Key Stage 1 & 2: English Grammar, Reading, Writing & Maths 11+ Preparation: English Maths Verbal Reasoning Non-Verbal Reasoning GCSE Biology I support students at all stages, whether they need help building core skills, exam preparation, or confidence boosting. All lessons are 1 hour long and fully personalised. I create tailored lesson plans for each student, based on their current level, strengths, and areas for improvement. Lessons typically include: Clear explanations of key concepts Step-by-step practice with guidance Exam-style or age-appropriate questions Regular feedback and progress tracking Homework support and revision strategies For younger students (KS1–KS2), lessons are engaging, structured, and confidence-building. For 11+ students, lessons focus on exam techniques, timed practice, and strategic problem-solving. For GCSE Biology, I focus on syllabus coverage, exam questions, and understanding key scientific concepts.
