As a yoga teacher, my approach is rooted in the belief that yoga is a holistic journey of self-discovery, blending physical asana with breathwork, philosophy, and mindfulness. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental "laboratory" for students to explore their own bodies and minds. My teaching philosophy centers on empowering students to become their own teachers and modifications to make the practice accessible to all levels.
