About Josephine

I have been teaching a long time. I originally trained as a primary school teacher and I found yoga when I reached burn out stage and neglected looking after myself.

I didn’t realise what I’d find is a part of myself when I started practicing yoga but it truly changed my life and this is what I love to share with others.

About the lesson

Josie is an intuitive teacher who has over 1000 hours training in a range of practices that range from yoga to breathwork and creative therapy.

She has been teaching for over ten years and is passionate about your growth.

Sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities and Josie will modify each lesson specific to your needs.
