About Arthur
I am a personal trainer with history as a chef. I understand the importance of diet in a healthy lifestyle.
I trained Multi style Yoga in India and am currently teaching in Cornwall. I specialise in Hatha and Vinyasa and really enjoy restorative and relaxing yin practice too.

I like to get a feel for my clients energy on the day and understand what they wish to gain from the practice. Depending on the type of class requested I will adapt the flow and sequence to include specific asanas to target particular muscle groups, joints or areas of the body.
I keep things simple and jargon free and give tips on how to take this practice into a daily routine.
