Hi there….. I'm a 30-year-old advocate intern in high court of Allahabad. I use to teach basic day-to-day yoga to spread awareness about how to construct your well on your own…ya it’s not rocket science….. Cleaning your mind and body using 20 minutes daily is completely worthy.
