My name is Karyna, and I'm from Ukraine. I travel extensively, seeking out peaceful and quiet places with beautiful wild nature to recharge and practice yoga and mindfulness. My Typical Lesson Plan looks like:

1. Warm-Up Flow (15 minutes):
- We start with a gentle flow to warm up every muscle in your body.
- This sequence of movements helps to stretch and prepare your body, increasing flexibility and reducing the risk of injury.

2. Strength and Balance (25 minutes):
- Next, we focus on building strength and improving balance.
- Through a series of carefully selected poses, you will work on core stability, muscle endurance, and overall body strength.
- Special attention is given to balance exercises, helping you to become more centered and stable both physically and mentally.

3. Savasana and Mindfulness (10 minutes):
- We conclude the session with Savasana, a resting pose that promotes deep relaxation.
- This time is dedicated to connecting with your mind and finding inner peace.
- Guided meditation and breathing techniques are used to help you feel rejuvenated and more in tune with yourself.
