About Tania
For several years, I have attended various yoga workshops around the world where I have had the luck to learn various techniques of appointed teachers. I have completed my yoga training in India. All my titles are accredited by the recognized Yoga Alliance. I am specialized in therapeutic yoga and yoga for pregnant women. In turn, I created Fascia Yoga, a more leisurely style of yoga that works with fascia supplemented with aromatherapy.

Fascia Yoga uses asanas (yoga postures) that stimulate and help eliminate blockages in the myofascial meridians. This creates a balance in the internal organs and systems of the body. On the other hand, aromatherapy consists of the use of essential oils of medicinal plants to heal ailments whether physical or emotional. The powerful therapeutic effects of essential oils and their vibrational content make them an ideal complement in the practice of yoga, since they can enhance the work that the practitioner is doing. The Fascia yoga is a style that adapts to all levels. The classes are developed in a leisurely way getting to work in depth with our body and mind.
