About Alka
I was a humanities student till 12th grade and currently holds a degree in Political science Honors from Ramjas College, University Of Delhi. I have a holistic teaching and tutoring experience of 7+ years. I have tutored or say coached the aspirants of Civil Services exam in India. Alongwith it, I have been a part of various organizations and NGOs working towards social upliftment as a tutor (No cost). My patience and passion for striving towards the best teaching and learning experience have helped me achieve a lot including my tutored students from a slum in the University of Delhi. Ain't it? I have been a non-tutored student forever, but I exactly know why didn't I ever vouch for it. The reason being: I want to be taught in a customized way, as my way of learning and understanding is completely opposite to everyone. This implies for all the students. I wished the ration was 1:1 teacher: student. However, so my background of ground level work and being a philosophy and political science student, I can easily read in between the lines and device a comfortable, strict yet helpful methodology. Every student I tutor has a different way of learning and the methodology helps them break free from the traditional learning and ends up helping them fetch great scores on their own (the confidence, the understanding) I work as the third wheel after all the exam will be written by the students. I can only help them learn the best in the best possible wy and not dare to forget it for life.
