About Mike

Hi, I’m Mike, a personal trainer with 16 years of experience helping men and women improve their fitness, lose weight, tone up, and build confidence.

My coaching is focused on accountability, support, and creating realistic routines that fit around busy lifestyles. I understand that starting a fitness journey can feel overwhelming, which is why I work closely with every client to keep things simple, sustainable, and results-driven.

I specialise in fat loss, strength training, body toning, and habit building for beginners through to intermediate gym users. My goal is not only to help clients achieve physical results, but also to improve their confidence, energy, and mindset along the way.

I take pride in creating a positive and motivating coaching environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and encouraged to become the best version of themselves.

My coaching approach is built around accountability, structure, education, and long-term results. I focus on helping clients lose weight, tone up, improve fitness, and build confidence through realistic training and nutrition strategies that fit their lifestyle.

Sessions are supportive, motivating, and tailored to the individual. I work with complete beginners through to intermediate gym users, making sure every client understands proper technique, training intensity, and how to stay consistent outside of the gym as well.

Typical sessions last 30–60 minutes depending on the programme. Alongside training, clients also receive guidance on nutrition, habits, mindset, and routine building to help create sustainable progress rather than quick fixes.

I have 16 years of experience in the fitness industry and specialise in body transformation, accountability coaching, strength training, and fat loss. My coaching style is energetic, encouraging, and focused on delivering measurable results while helping clients enjoy the process.

Lessons are suitable for men and women of all fitness levels, particularly those wanting support with weight loss, toning, confidence, and building healthier habits.

Training sessions start from £65 per session, although pricing may vary depending on the level of coaching, session frequency, and support required. Every client begins with a free consultation to discuss goals, lifestyle, experience level, and the best approach for long-term success.
