About Luke
I am a mathematics tutor with over 5 years of experience and a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science. I work closely with students to improve their mathematical communication and exposition skills. My focus is on helping them explain complex concepts clearly and write coherent mathematical arguments. I guide students in presenting solutions effectively, making sure their reasoning is logical and easy to follow. I have experience supporting students with university essays, research papers, and presentations. Each session is tailored to the student’s needs, building both skill and confidence. I use practical examples and step-by-step explanations to make abstract ideas understandable. I encourage students to ask questions and think critically about each problem. Writing, presenting, and reasoning in mathematics becomes much easier with consistent practice. My goal is to help students articulate their ideas clearly and convincingly.
