Usual Structure of a Class:
1. Warm-Up: Dynamic stretches and light cardio to prepare muscles and joints.
2. Main Workout: Based on the student's goals—focused on either weightlifting, calisthenics, or a mix of both.
3. Cool-Down: Stretching and recovery exercises to enhance flexibility and prevent injury.
4. Nutrition & Recovery Tips: Discussion on post-workout recovery, nutrition, and rest.
