About Tanuja
Hello! I am a certified yoga teacher with a Master's degree in Yoga Science and over 3 years of online teaching experience. I am passionate about helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through personalized yoga sessions. My classes combine traditional yoga practices with a strong understanding of anatomy, breathing techniques, relaxation, and mindfulness to create a safe, effective, and enjoyable learning experience.
I believe yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or previous experience. My teaching style is patient, encouraging, and tailored to each student's individual goals. Whether you want to increase flexibility, build strength, improve posture, reduce stress, or simply develop a healthier lifestyle, I will guide you step by step with care and confidence. My goal is to help every student feel stronger, calmer, and more connected through a consistent and enjoyable yoga practice.
