Namaste! I am Pegah, a certified Yoga Teacher trained in the Sivananda and Bihar School of Yoga traditions.
With over 15 years of experience, I offer traditional and holistic practices that nurture both body and mind. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Face Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
I offer personalized sessions to suit your specific energy and needs:
• In-person / Offline (At your location in Dharamshala & McLeod Ganj)
