About Sreya
Namaste. As a Yoga Teacher at Santhi Yoga Centre Calicut, I offer personalized online yoga sessions backed by a Diploma in Yogic Science & Sports Yoga and Yoga Alliance certification. My classes combine yoga, Pranayama, mindful movement, flexibility and relaxation, helping students build a healthy, consistent routine from the comfort of home.

Personalized, beginner-friendly yoga sessions combining traditional yoga, Pranayama, flexibility, fitness, Sports Yoga and relaxation. In between work, responsibilities, and everyday stress, yoga gives you a dedicated space to pause, breathe, recharge, and reconnect with yourself. Because taking care of your health isn’t something to postpone until life gets less busy — it should be a part of your busy life.
