I’ve been teaching yoga for over 12 years, with experience in studios, retreat centers, private sessions, and international trainings. My background includes advanced study in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Nidra. I’m committed to teaching in a way that is knowledgeable, attentive, and adaptable, so every student feels supported while developing a safe and sustainable practice.
