About Christina

I have taught yoga in a variety of settings from studios to physical therapy offices. There is no doubt that every person can do yoga. I feel I teach in a way that is down to earth and fun in a safe space where students can feel comfortable and confident to practice yoga.

Yoga is my passion. I love to connect with people and guide classes to move the whole body by stretching and strengthening to feel stronger and more flexible. I also include meditation and breathing exercises to relieve stress and anxiety or to just feel more relaxed and present. I teach yoga for the whole body, mentally and physically.
