About Yulian

I have been teaching yoga and meditation for the last 10 years.
With thousands of yoga classes and literaly hundreds of clients through the years.
My clients have overcomed states as back pain, anxiety, distress, problems with mucles and joints, etc..

About the lesson

I offer private yoga classes, based on classical yoga asanas.
I teach on ZOOM, or other platform if the student prefers.

My teaching method is based on the understanding that health is the byproduct of the unity of body, mind and spirit.

The class is based on the client's needs, and consists of asanas, breathing exercises and relaxation/meditation.
