Carley is a fantastic yoga tutor. Her lessons are a good combination of mindfulness, fitness and strength building. I have been a regular student of hers for several years and find her to be approachable, warm and knowledgeable about all areas of health and well-being. I always look forward to her lessons.

Carley is such a lovely and attentive teacher.. she's very experienced but also great at teaching the basics (my level;-) building confidence and good technique.. we went at my pace in sessions and I really enjoyed it! She's also such a happy and lovely person to be around.. couldn't recommend her more!
