My teaching turns around 3 pillars: discipline, precision and fun. Yoga should not be done like a military exercise. Yoga is and exercise of sensitivity building between the different components of our being. By enjoying a rigourous and precise practice the body and mind will open up the fruit of Yoga to anyone.
