I am passionate about all things related to wellness and optimization of health. I aim to help others deepen their yoga practice and connection with pranayama and stillness. For me, my mat is a safe space that I can always return to to connect with my body, calm my anxieties or just sit in stillness.

Lessons can be pose by pose instruction and/or a more laid back approach with less verbal instruction. Lessons available for all skill levels.
