About Alba

I am a passionate and creative 24yr old yoga enthusiast with a strong desire to continue learning and sharing the discipline. Growing up as the daughter of a yoga teacher, I've been immersed in this philosophy for as long as I can remember, and today I am grateful for choosing it as an integral part of my life. My daily commitment to the practice extends far beyond the mat, embracing the mental and spiritual aspects as well. About the lesson

Dynamic, fluid classes about 1h 15minutes long that incorporate breathwork, meditation and strong asana practice. My classes are generally theme–based, I like getting familiar with the philosophical concepts as well as diving deep into alignment of postures through verbal cues and hands-on adjustments.
