I am an experienced teacher with over 10 years teaching yoga.
I am also a personal trainer and have taught a wide variety of classes.
I am from a dance background and enjoy creating interesting flowing sequences.
I feel Yoga is like medicine and I enjoy finding the right poses for each student.
