About Chelsea

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and in 2015 completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance Training in Kahala, Hawaii. Since then I have consistently been teaching Vinyasa Yoga classes and have been trained in Sculpt and Restore style classes. In 2022 I took on teaching full time to manage a yoga studio in Kailua, Hawaii.
