About Shrishti
I am a dedicated Iyengar and Medical Yoga teacher who believes in the healing power of correct alignment and mindful practice. My journey with yoga began as a personal path to better health and inner balance, and over time it became my passion to help others experience the same transformation.
I love guiding students patiently, paying attention to every detail, and adapting each session to individual needs. My goal is not just to teach postures, but to help you understand your body, prevent injuries, and build long-term strength and confidence. Teaching yoga is my way of contributing to healthier, happier lives.

My Iyengar and Medical Yoga classes focus on alignment, precision, and safe practice for every body type. I use props and step-by-step guidance to help you understand each posture correctly and avoid injury. These sessions are especially helpful for people dealing with back pain, joint stiffness, posture issues, stress, or recovery from health concerns.
I believe yoga should heal, not strain. That’s why I give individual attention, modify poses according to your needs, and create a calm, supportive environment where you can progress at your own pace. My goal is to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and experience long-lasting physical and mental well-being.
