About Kate
I am positive, friendly, and patient. In addition to the training experience in China, I finished the Yoga and Pilates course at New York University with a high A. I have taught private lessons for adults and small classes for teenage girls. I am here to help you to reach total relaxation from the daily stress. You will not regret it if you choose me.

I practiced Yoga for 10 years since I was in 10th grade. I was trained by 3 certified Yoga practitioner in China, and I learned various styles of Yoga. I focus on Yin Yoga, which can help us to relax muscle tension, reduce body pain, and bring us energy and peace. Please do not afraid to reach out if you are interested.
