Grazia was patient and motivating while she helped me achieve my yoga goal of doing a headstand. She was patient in that she would work with how I felt in the moment to build up the strength and agility I needed for a headstand. She was motivating by providing me with preview steps I could do towards a headstand and pointed out how far I’ve come. All the while, she would explain the whys and impacts of what we were doing. I really enjoyed and appreciated having her as my private and group session yoga teacher.
