About Mimansa
Over years I have gained experience in teaching in multicultural environments to people of all age groups coming from diverse backgrounds and different ethnicities. My sessions are designed to include different styles of Yoga like Hatha, Ashtanga, Power, Artistic, Vinyasa flow etc. I have Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training certifications in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, additionally a 300 hrs Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training certification in Yoga Therapy. I very often also incorporate Pilates, core conditioning and other forms of body weight exercises in my sessions to make the classes enjoyable and challenging for my clients.
