About Constance
I took a yoga and meditation retreat 12 years ago and the yoga felt so good in my body and was more accessible than other styles of yoga I had tried. I eventually wanted to share the yoga with others and started teacher training as a result.
I did my 200 YTT in Svaroopa®️Yoga which is a form Hatha yoga. This style of yoga offers deep spinal release and is accessible (with the help of props) to most students.
I have also trained in Restorative Yoga.

I prefer to have new students come in for a one-on-one before their first class. It's a great way for them to get acquainted with me and the style of yoga I teach. They get a chance to use the props (blankets, bolsters, and blocks) and experience some of the poses.
