About Stephanie
I am well rounded in many areas of fitness, from nutrition to one-on-one to yoga/pilates to silver sneakers. I design each session or class for everyone's own journey! I teach you how to listen and respect your body!
Everything!! But, especially watching my clients grow and progress into their own journey!
I want a gym junkie attending all classes, then one day an Instructor was running late so I started the warm up for her and the rest is history;)
I have a BS in Health Science in Health and wellness. I am a certified Personal trainer, certified Pilates Instructor, Bodypump & Bodyflow and 200 hr Certified Embodyoga Instructor.
