Denise has created a wonderful environment for a small class to practice yoga. Denise guides us through the class, individually tailoring each pose to our abilities. It’s the best 75 minutes of my week.

Denise creates a very warm supportive yoga community. She starts class asking what we need and she tailors each move accordingly. I join Denise's class twice a week. I wish it could be twice daily considering how relaxed I feel afterwards and how well I sleep! Yoga is so important to me as it is the one time of day I go into myself and just move. Denise provides a loving contemplative environment.
