About Elaina
I am a physical therapist assistant with 8 years of experience working with adults and children with disabilities. I truly believe that disability is a "special ability" & I can help you to discover yours.
I am a certified in "Yoga for special needs", 200 RYT, and Yin yoga.
I teach via zoom, or private classes at your own home: yin yoga, vinyasa for beginners (with concentration on proper alignment, modifications and use of props), prenatal and postnatal yoga, and yoga for mommy and baby.
