private lessons for weight loss and stress, anxiety, depression with a fun twist. I have been teaching for a number of years in New York City and Connecticut. I choreographed my lessons with fun upbeat music. Get in shape and get happy.
I was training in New York City for a long time and was recommended to become an instructor.
Was trained in Rhinebeck New York at the Omega Institute through an intensive program run by the Nosara institute out of Costa Rica. I’ve been taught in New York City but classes private lessons and specific training for people with injuries and conditions such as osteoporosis.
