About Hania
Hania Khuri-Trapper is an accessible yoga teacher who empowers her students to find compassion, freedom and strength in their practice to help prepare them for their practice off the mat and in their lives.
Hania is a 500 Hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®), Jade Yoga Pro Ambassador and Reiki Master. She completed the 200 hour teacher training program from Open Doors Yoga Studios and after teaching for several years, graduated from Jacqui Bonwell’s 500 hour training program giving her further knowledge of the principles of yoga as well as honing in on the craft of teaching to a diverse audience. She has been teaching at several studios in the Boston area for over 10 years and has run teacher training programs and led many workshops all around the region. Hania creates a warm and inclusive community wherever she goes. Join her in class!

In advance of the first class, it is helpful to have a conversation about what your goals are. I will then prepare a program to match your needs. I have been teaching for over 11 years and really enjoy working with students one-on-one and watching their growth.
Privates are $150/per class.
