About Mona

Hello,

This is a great option for people who are new to Yoga, Reiki and Reflexology as well as people who have been doing it for years.

I offer one on one instuction for Yoga beginners and group classes for intermediate or advanced levels of Yoga.

I also offer Reiki/Reflexology massage therapy, which lasts fourteen days.

I am a tarot reader and assist with heightening one's spiritual sense as well as bringing peace of mind and anwers to questions.

I enjoy teaching people how beneficial the practice of Eastern medicine is.

I began teaching in the Denver and Jefferson County Public Schools. I immediately fell in love with seeing people's eyes light up when they learn. I have found that teaching is my passion.

I have a B.A. in Yoga from the Metropolitan State University of Denver.

About the lesson

I begin with an overall discussion of what I offer and ensure the client/student is at ease. For Yoga I then begin with five basic Yoga poses for the student to learn in the Yoga realm over a two week period.

If the person is getting a Reiki/Reflexology massage I educate them on what I will be doing and make sure they are comfortable.

For tarot readings I ask that they are completely relaxed and open to the experience as well as educating them on the physical effects.

I have worked with children, the disbled, the elderly, injured and pregant as well those in grief.
