About Rose

I am a Certified 500-hour Yoga Instructor and a certificate Health Coach with close to a decade of self-practice. After healing from an injury and regaining mobility back, I want to share the gift of yoga with people who need a little help in reconnecting with their bodies.

Yoga is more than just the pose, it is through the poses that you discover a deeper connection with yourself. Removing all the noise from the outside world as you feel the rhythm of your heartbeat.

I enjoy sharing the gift of yoga and well being! Our health is our wealth, the healthier we are the better we show up in our on lives for ourselves and the rest of the world.

Health has always been a huge part of my life! But I started with healthy eating and I notice that wasnt enough something was missing. After years of looking great on the inside, I notice that my inside wasnt so pretty. When I stared to do yoga I notice very small changes in me that I couldnt explain. After years of taking classes I took my practice to then next level and my mind was blown away! I stared to understand why I was so draw to health and well being and what yoga was doing to the body on a deeper level. This lead me down the path the get connected to the spiritual sid as well. It was an amazing journey of self discovery and now I want to share it with the world.

I am a 500hr yoga instructor and a holistic health coach.

About the lesson

When working with new cilents we first start with gently moving the body to awken the surpressed energy in the body. From there I will read your vibration and well discuss what I read. Then together we'll work on differant ways to remove the blockages in the mind, body, and spirit.

I'v worked with mostly women of all ages. Women thats are deaing with deep rooted trauma form their past that have blockages in the body due to emotional pain.

Make sure that theres a connection! The enegy has to be real and you have to feel like this is the best person for you to achive your goals! if the vibe isnt there just keep looking! Trust me you wil find the teacher you really need for your own personal growth, these this can not been done without the teacher and the student being in alingment.
