About Elmarie

I a physical therapist with a stong back ground in dance. I'm a ballet teacher and assitance director for Louisiana Delta Ballet. I teach yoga ,pilates , ballet and progressive ballet techique classes. Certified Reiki master and working on my certification for Cranio sacrial release. Provide Meditation classes.

I love the brilliance of how the human body functions. As a dancer that had her career cut very short due to an injury as well as my life long struggle with scoliosis and back pain, I have a very deep and personal understanding to address spine and joint pain as well as the fundemental principles of dance and ballet technigue at all ages. I feel completed to share what I have learned and how this can benefit others at any age.

About the lesson

I will require:

1. Basic personal information.

2. YOU GOALS and health history as it must be considered when starting a program.

3. Dancers and other athletes: I will need a simple assesment to determine you skill levels and weakness so to proceed and build from there.

4. Schedule classes and or provate/ semi private session appointments .

5.Set up a payment system

When joining one on the zoom classes I request a simple injury and health history.
