About Mimi
• I am a purist and a true disciple of Himalayan swami Atma. I am the founder of the Himalayan Technique, which is used to attain the higher self in the ancient Veda.
• I am a traditional yogi rooted in Rishikesh with background in biochemistry and Hindu studies.
• I have over 10 years of experience in asana, pranayama and meditation. I enjoy inspiring others with their spiritual pursuits as well as attaining physical wellness.
• I specialize in ashtanga, kundalini, hatha and pranayama.

• 700-hour yoga certificate (India)
• Ayurvedic Medicine Certification (India)
• I studied Hinduism at Columbia University (US)

I will listen to my students need and discuss their personal goal with them first. Then I will introduce my own teaching technique by creating the most harmonious and effective environment for their personal needs.
I am a traditional yogi, so I do incorporate some discipline into my classes. Trust me when I say: it pays off ten fold.
