About Kaylyn
I am a dedicated wellness professional and online instructor specializing in Pilates, meditation, and yoga. With a passion for helping others feel stronger, more balanced, and connected, I create classes that support both physical and mental well-being.
My teaching style focuses on mindful movement, proper alignment, and breathwork, making my sessions accessible for all levels. In addition to my core practices, I bring experience in assisted stretching and Reiki, allowing me to take a more holistic approach to health and healing.
