About Jennifer
At this time, it feels important for me to support young women activists to find health and wellness so they may come more fully into their power. I offer private yoga, physcial training, in-utero and womb healing sessions, ceremonies and women’s circles.
From drumming to martial arts, from writing to herbology, from dance to weight lifting. I have received much knowledge and wisdomt through my studies that I feel called to share.
Over the last 18 years, my clients have found relief from nagging injuries and pain, comfort in difficult times of their lives and expression of abilities lying dormant within them. It has been such an honor to witness so much healing and growth in my career as personal trainer, yoga teacher and meditation guide.
