About Kate
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200 hrs. I am also currently a 300 hour student. Yoga has changed my life in so many ways and my goal is to help sprinkle the magic it offers to students who may be new or who have experience. While my go to personal practices are Yin and Resortative, I also have a deep love for a good vinyasa flow. Safety and proper alignment are very important for me. Love and light 💛
Yoga is a very mental and personal thing. You learn a lot about yourself during your practices. It's like a total reset for your body.
