Established in 2011, Walnut Creek Yoga Tai Chi TaiJi Chi Gong Classes/ Lessons offers dynamic yoga classes in Walnut Creek, CA, and surrounding areas. Their classes are not about mastering difficult poses but safely progressing from easy to more challenging exercises. They welcome people of all ages and abilities, even those without prior yoga experience. Their Dao Yoga, a series of body movements similar to Tai Chi, is performed outdoors and does not require a mat. With tuition rates more competitive than other studios, they provide an affordable way to maintain health and fitness.
