About Kate
I am a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council On Exercise (ACE) and I am also a registered Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance (200RYT). I am also currently going through massage therapy school.I enjoy working with people who want to heal and cultivate not just a healthy body but also a happy and healthy mind.
I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I truly believe that everyone can reach their wellness goals and I am dedicated to helping them succeed in their journey to become their best and happiest self.
