About Monica
Namaste ! My name is Monica and I'm a 200 hour Yoga Certified Teacher through Blue Osa Costa Rica and I'm registered with Yoga Alliance. I offer meditation, pranayama and asana practices to cultivate balance, flexibility and strength. With effort and the power of love, Yoga takes you on a journey that transforms you and shows your life's purpose. I'm also bilingual (Spanish and English) and follow the Viniyoga Lineage (Hatha). In addition, I offer breathing techniques and gentle postures for stress management, focus, healing and therapy for injuries. Hatha and Restorative Yoga are powerful Asanas for all ages. There is also an awareness for Bridal events if interested in group packages.
