About Xixi
I aim to bring yoga and mindfulness practices to everyone. Yoga is meant to be experienced it’s the practice of mind and body connections. I also love working with families and young kids, because kids are a natural yogis!
I have been practicing yoga for over 25years and it. I started to teach after being inspired by one of the oldest most prestigious training programs in NYC. I wanted to deepen my practice and the integral Yoga Institute invited me to teach right after finish my training.
I am a Yoga Allaince Certified Hatha Yoga Teacher with a background of Integral Yoga Lineage. Also a Prenatal Yoga Teacher as well as Postnatal Yoga Teacher. I am also certified in Yoga for Birth and Labor.

All ages from babies to seniors, all body shapes and all levels of experience in yoga.
Have any questions about the practice that you want to ask and be ready to enjoy the process. Don’t try to do anything that does not feel right for you body.
I have been part of the LoveLight Festival of Yoga and Arts for the past 2 years and it has been such an amazing place to meet likeminded people from all over the nation.
