About Linzi

Meet Linzi

Hello Beautiful Friend! I'm Linzi, a wife and mother to 3 beautiful daughters based in Tonganoxie, KS. Life has had its fair share of love, battles, victories, and surprises... moments of shear exhaustion as well as pure joy.

Practicing yoga has been an impactful part of my life journey, helping me to heal, balance, and center myself. Yoga is my passion, and my mission is to shine that light into other peoples lives. I want to help others realize that we are enough, we are beautiful, and nothing about us needs to change. We need only look inside ourselves and learn to be truly present and grateful.

I practiced yoga for 10 years and finally worked up the courage to earn my 200 YTT through My Vinyasa Practice during COVID-19. I now own my own yoga business and get to help people every day. Yoga has always been in my life and then it changed my life. Yoga is fueling my passion to help others achieve balance, self love and self worth. My classes offer an experience, not just a work out. Your mind and your body become one to leave you feeling rejuvinated and ready to tackle your life balanced and aware.

I love to see the atmosphere change in class. Seeing students come in unsure and in their their thinking minds to getting lost in their bodies and finding peace and rest in their minds is the best. I love watching that transition, it feels like magic and it happens every, single, time. It is magic, magic of looking within and finding we have what we need inside of us. We need only be silent and listen.

I am a 200 YTT from My vinyasa practice and I'm currently working on my 300 hour YTT at My Vinyasa Practice.

About the lesson

I like a 1 on 1 chat to understand their experience level and any special concerns or areas of focus before jumping into a practice. I like to ask how much involvement they want from me.

Details

I charge $10 per onlince class and $15 for group in person classes @ Myer's Hotel, $60 for an hour private session or $30 for a half hour private session.
