About Mary jo
Well know for working with beginners to develop a practice of yoga and meditation. National Yoga Alliance certified, over 17+ years of practice. Trained in Hatha, Intergrated Vinyasa, Restorative and Yin. Trained with Steve Ross, Gina Caputo, Julia Clarke, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield and more nationally acclaimed teachers.

Develop a custom practice to build skills and how to tune into using untap muscles and parts of the body in order to access the maximum for each individual.
