About Mary Ivey
I combine yoga, meditation, Reiki and mindfulness to create a program that will serve individual needs. No matter your physical limitations, or experience, I will create a program to start you on your way to a healthier you.
My credentials are ERYT 200 hour yoga instructor (2004), Reiki master for 23 years and mindfulness training.
yoga, meditation and healing have been my passion for so many years, so when tne opportunity to take teacher training came up, i took it. What a life changing experience. i will be forever grateful.

I can meet the client at their home or at yoga 4 peace in Southgate MI. We will find what the client needs and we will create a program that I will record and they can watch from home and meet as needed.
I usually work with clients who are new to yoga, who do not want to go into a large class, but would like to learn more about yoga and the benefiits it brings.
