About Emily
I am a 200 hour trained yoga teacher with the focus on vinyasa, mantra, asana (posture), anatomy, pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
My specialties are meditation, breath work, restorative yoga, and vinyasa with a mindful and embodied flow. Yoga should be accessible to everybody and every body.
I discovered yoga as a personal practice my freshman year of college, about five and a half years ago. My joy is my yoga practice and I hope to share that with you as well. Learn about yourself, find solace in yourself, get toned and strong, de-stress and relax. The practice is yours. Come meet yourself on the mat.
I did my 200 hours YTT as Sacred Thread Yoga in Atlanta, GA.
