About Ale
I'm a very happy and grateful woman and my mantra is #lifeiswhatyoumakeofit. I'm Costa Rican and I am also a science journalist, writer and violin/piano player. I have survived depression and overwork myself and I've learn that the most important lesson in life is putting yourself in charge. No excuses, no blaming others for your problems or challenges: just accepting the honor and responsibility of being alive. I also can teach classes in Spanish or Italian. -------------------------------------------------------
Soy una mujer muy feliz y agradecida y mi mantra es #lavidaesloqueunohaceconella. Soy costarricense y también soy periodista científica, escritora, violinista y pianista. He sobrevivido a la depresión y al exceso de trabajo y aprendí que la lección más importante de la vida es ponerse uno a cargo de ella. Sin excusas, sin culpar a otros por sus problemas o desafíos: simplemente aceptando el honor y la responsabilidad de estar vivo. También puedo dar clases en español o italiano.
