Helping others is a true passion of mine, the gift of teaching others and sharing the experience is so wonderful.
My sister and her husband own a gym that was offering hot yoga. With the demand of today's jobs and life i think everyone could use a little bit more yoga. Helps me manage so many things in my life. I fell in love with it over three years ago and I can't help but want to share this great practice with others. Now I find myself practicing daily.
I trained @ inner fire in Madison, it was wonderful schooling I'll forever be greatly for! I taught at badger fitness for close to a year but wasn't able to continue due to insurance issues. So fitness and mental wellness is a passion of mine to help others with. Looking to get more educated when the founds become available.

When ever working with a new students, I always want to focus on what they need this practice to serve in there lifestyle weather it be more healing mentally, physically or both. Yoga on my specialty!
Ive worked with people with low mobility, people trying it out for the first time, people looking for a different way to practice health and wellness. Advanced fitness people who need a break from the weights.

I usually allow all people to try it out for free for the first session and then after that I'll change. I'm flexible depending on there income situation as well.
